These Terms of Service govern your use of EazyCast, operated by EazyCast PTY LTD. By creating an account or using the platform you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. Accounts may be created by invitation, application or subscription depending on the platform's operating mode; invited accounts carry an expiry date set by your agency and may be renewed, expired or reactivated by your agency.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, infringe the rights of others, or jeopardise the security or integrity of the platform.
You retain ownership of the photos, videos and other material you upload. You grant EazyCast PTY LTD a licence to store, process (including format conversion) and display that material for the purpose of operating the platform — including presenting your profile to casting professionals at your agency's direction.
You warrant that you have the rights to all material you upload and that it does not infringe any third party's rights. We may remove content that breaches these terms.
Where EazyCast offers paid subscriptions, they are charged through Stripe and renew automatically at the end of each billing period (weekly, monthly or yearly, as chosen when you subscribe) until cancelled.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account. Cancelling stops all future payments, and your paid access continues until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.
Payments already made are not refunded, including for any unused part of a billing period. We do not give refunds for change of mind.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Paid sessions are charged through Stripe at the time of booking, in full or by instalments as offered. Cancellations made within the configured cancellation window may not be eligible for self-service cancellation; refunds for cancelled paid bookings are processed back to the original payment method.
Hosts and agencies are responsible for their own tax obligations on amounts they receive.
Calendar connections are optional and may be disconnected at any time. If you enable it, the platform adds its own entries (such as holds and bookings) to your connected calendar and only ever modifies or deletes events it created. We are not responsible for the accuracy of information in your external calendar; availability shown on the platform reflects your external calendar only as at the most recent synchronisation.
You must not misuse the platform: no unauthorised access attempts, scraping, interference with operation, uploading of malicious code, or use of the platform to harass or harm others. Casting links are provided for legitimate casting purposes only and must not be redistributed.
The platform is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law — and without excluding rights under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded — EazyCast PTY LTD is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the platform, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. We may update these terms; continued use after notice of changes constitutes acceptance. Questions: admin@eazycast.com.
